Is There a Right to Abortion?

Roe versus Wade is an arbitrary decision in a way, but it's based on non-arbitrary realities. It explicitly argues that there isn't a right to not be the genetic parent of that progeny. The earliest viability I've heard of is just short of 24 weeks. At some point in the future, we are going to have the technology to take it out at an point and grow it in a machine, in an artificial womb. That doesn't matter.
