The Difference Between Short and Long Funds
The BBOZ shares bear sweeter funds, the most popular of which is that one you mentioned. The difference between them is that bear is an unleveraged short and BBOZ is a leveraged short product. Those funds aim to provide a negatively correlated exposure to the ASX 200. People shouldn't expect them to be one for one over long period of time.
