Will Donald Trump Repeat 2016?

The best way to understand Republicans right now is that they're in a hostage video. Donald Trump is filming them. He's got this, I think, still unwavering hold on about 25 to 30% of the Republican voting base. That makes him a power broker in primaries. And there's this debate of, will he repeat 2016? Because the GOP field is so fractured, he'll have enough to get over the top and then be able to win again because he'll sew it together as he did against Hillary Clinton.
