The Public Purpose Is Our Pound

This week, we are going to have the National Children's Hospital in Ireland. It was supposed to be costing 790 million 10 years ago. The most recent estimate is 1.73 billion and reports suggest it could go as high as 2.2 billion. Some have said that this could eventually cause as much as 20 billion. So what is happening is a profound lack of anybody caring for the public purse.
