How Do You Stop Focusing on the Expectations That Others Have of Me?
The solution is to not always consult others to guide your actions. If some one's mad at you, that's their decision. You can remind yourself they are feeling something based on something they've perceived. So just continue to focus inward, focus on me, myself, and how i feel about my own actions,.
