Is Talent a Genetic Component?

In your book, ungifted, i define talent as a passion and proclivity for mastering the rules of a domain. And it seems like your conceptuation of talent is very much aon those lines. Ifi vere understand it yet? Yes am. But i do believe there is a genetic component, a to mastery, te creativity, tie to excellence in any field. I call it an inclination. There's something about you that's very unique. The people who discover what that is are going to be able to push past all the obstacles that life presents them with.
