I don't think I would train this way until I was maybe 35 years old or or a little later because I don't do as many hardcore athletic events for which I need to do functional explosive training anymore. The ARX the X3 bar or the tonal can also be very useful for this form of super slow training with either machines or freeways. It's not going to turn you into the next uh LeBron James or um Serena Williams or anything like that or or really help out with something like cross fitting but if you just want to maintain or build muscle in a very safe predictable manner with a low risk of injury and you want to keep coming back over and over again.
