Agent Smith: The Face of the Entity

The character of Agent Smith is fleshed out completely in the new film. He has his own side arc that's not completed until the sequels. The villain construction, I think almost becomes easier because you have that whole institution to personify. Nurse Ratchet is a great example of what he's doing.
