What's the Difference Between a Black and a White Government?
Roland Martin: With black government, people don't have to do the kind of work i was doing at faville, north carolina when i first left left college. One of the thing that racial transition means is that you can go down to the zoning board and get a varias rio or sign up for for a traffic light if you fill out the proper forms. And you're also more likely to know somebody who works in the agency. So these things matter, and that's how political loyalties are formed. But they're not formed over big issues like ending dispossession, right? Or like changing ate the thrust of local economic development agenrit.
