The Refund Rate of Banks in Cases of Fraud
Maureen and her husband had hundreds of thousands stolen through authorized push payment fraud. Her bank, unlike Maureen's, hasn't refunded the money. Katie Warabek from UK Finance joins Moneybox Live to explain why this may be so. She says there isn't a sort of level playing field if you like across the banking industry. And we want that to be mandatory for all banks in the same way.
