Is There a One Size Fits All Approach to Ketogenic Diet?

Ketogenic diet is not recommended for most people. There's a lot of shades of gray between it and the standard American diet. You can fast overnight, you wake up in the morning, if you do a zone two run without having eaten in a fasted state, your body is going to run low on glycogen stores. Without doing a strict ketogenic diet, if you come back from your run, you have that type of energy system using fat and ketone dominant in that case. It does have its place, but it's not what I personally do.
