Is Deming a Theory of Complexity?

If Deming had been around he would have just used that language. We've got new intellectual models we can use that he didn't have right? He could call yeah no I think you're like when I read his stuff I'm like he knew this stuff or they knew this stuff right but yeah we hadn't just evolved this new set of concepts to frame it in the way that we can nowWe talk about complex adapt systemsYeah so in the beginning, being able to put a framing around the conversations was important for us.
