I think 80-20 principle applies in all areas again cliche but also very fucking true 80% results come from 20% of inputs or time or work whichever way you want to slice it and I mean this in every area so like products are just mentioned I wanted to launch one product we did that in hindsight I probably shouldn't even launch Dreamverse if I could go back I probably would have waited longer to do a second skew um. If you can keep something simple do one instead of two do one sales channel instead of two to start with does one marketing channel instead of 2. It's the single biggest lever to scale spend the revenue from ads because it's thesingle biggest driver of performance
