What's the Climate Like in California?

Our normal rain fall is about 16 to 19 inches, depending on what ranch are standing on. Last year, though, we had the worst drought we've ever had. This year, we're sitting at about 15 inches. It really is amazing what the climate's able to produce out here. Ad just able to do so much.
