Plato's Theory of Consciousness

i want to talk about the elements of human consciousness in more of like an ontological way. And also istemological, you know that i am obviously very attracted to platonism. If you look at plato's ideas about, and platonic ideas about a, like teared knowledge,. He has this divided allegory where he breaks it down into four different kinds of knowledge from low to high. The highest form of knowledge is direct experience or insight of a form. This fits into things like pique experiences, mystical experiences, but also some of the more fundamental things, like qua a can be actually, i think, well explained through the idea of forms.
