It's like, here's what I'm seeing with your pitching velocity or your swing velocity and stuff like that. And then so do you do that kind of concert?Like we have athletes that we can identify whether it's in the pitching motion or hitting motion,. So we'll come up with specific medicine ball drills or exercises to help them feel that.
