The swiss decided that they wanted to get rats back into positive territory if they ever got a chance. It's an extension of the china story from this morning that says the us economy might still be doing well, so long as we don't look at curve and don't worry about things that don't jell well with you economy. If we look at the rest of the world, there's just a world of trouble.
