Are You Connected to Your Church?
A lot of times we actually say no for the person, or we diminish what the roll is and what it is in our church. A study revealed that just activity in your church does not automatically equal spiritual growth. Those who serve are some of the most committed people in your church because they are serving. You reduce opportunities for serving by being lazer focused on what your purpose of your church is. People value their time more than anything else - especially over the last ten years.
