How to Create Buzz and Generate Interest in Your First Novel

There's so much activity going on a lot of people are talking behind your back in the best of ways. Once we have a finished manuscript that's when we send it out for reads and make galleys as many months in advance as possible. We're putting together selling documents for our marketing team and for our sales people. It's an extremely coordinated effort between the marketing and the publicity team and the sales team. There's also a timing issue so we have to organize it on a publishing calendar which does look like the regular calendar year.
