Brining

Brining is the idea of creating a water and salt base solution. Ou'r oing to put some sort of meat in with the over ar goal, right, of making something that's juicier. Most of muscle fibre is made up of something called mio fibrel. This is what allows us to store water inside meat. So an animal itself has a basic solidity level of about seven%.
