Pastors, What Advice Would You Have?

38% of pastors are actively considering leaving ministry, not their church, but ministry. What advice would you have for them as they look forward to this uncertain future? Tell your board how bad it is. Tell your elders how tired you are. A tell the team that you report to that your family needs a little space or time or help, or therapy or whatever. The best gift our pastors can give, the best investment they can make in the future, is their own restoration and feel it like am again.
