Is That the Best Use of Our Limited Time and Resources?

The issue is, what is the best use of my limited time and resources? Is it print up copies of the us? Constitution and go hand them out in these countries. Or could there be lower hanging fruit in the world? That's the argument. It's not people have a right to live on sometimes we say that states have rights. We can spend the rest of our lives at each other's throats, trying to make everybody into a carbon copy of ourselves. And so in that limited sense, that's what he means by state's rights.
