How Many Times Do You Really Listen to Your Body?
How many people take so much comfort in the routine and in the like, this is how it's always done? Most of that is based on judgment. And what I've started doing quite some months ago now is, Oh, I'll just ask my body. It's literally being so present with my body and asking it. Same as movement, like, five, six days ago, I went to work out and I did 10 minutes and my body was like, we're done. There's nothing as Paula said wrong and there's also nothing in order back getting it right. Let's ask to increase our awareness this year.
