Trans National Conflicts Are Hard to Resolve

These conflicts so closely relate to, or connected up with trans national networks. And this seems it's because they are harder to resolve and probably more likely to restart if they do eventually end. So i think that makes sense. Is that kind of where they they see that as having arisen? Absolutely.
