Using Restraint and Timeout Rooms in Schools

When I say restraints, I'm primarily referring to an educator using some sort of physical technique to hold a child still. Most often these techniques are used on students with disabilities. We also saw from our research that the interventions are disproportionately used on black students and boys. It's probably a good point for us to sort of talk about what it is that you actually were reporting.
