The Importance of a Harmony Approach to Speech Interpretation
The harm principle is very important. But do you think that within that context then, so we've snapped our fingers and that's what the court does? Do you think there should be a quite a high bar about what we really determine as harm? There could be different interpretations of harm. That also shifts with what society is at and culturally where it's at with what they think of as harm sometimes for the better, in my opinion, and sometimes for the worse than others.
