Rook to F4: A Good Move

Rook F4 makes a lot of sense to my eyes. And he doesn't throw away anything. Probably correct with some sort of Rook F3. Because again, F4 I can just take on it for. Like there's no threat here because Bishop takes H3 is not a dangerous thing right? Yeah. There's a 9 F7. But even if I don't have a 9 F 7, there's no danger with Bishop H3.
