How the Genome Influences Human Learning

I'm wondering like if I look at humans there's this literature on which things are kind of quote unquote genetically innate or at least have some genetically innate component versus totally specified by the environment. The genome has these various levers of control for your learned behavior that can let it steer your behavior in various ways depending on the circumstances you're in so that's one way in which your genome has options for determining what sort of person you are and how do you act. Another thing that the genome can do is it can specify your reward circuitry and so like to give a very simple example say humans have different types of reward circuitry or their reward circuitry of different humans like judges tastes in different ways.
