How to Approach an Annual Meeting?

One of the biggest challenges when you come to the annual meeting is just how to approach it. The first time i went, i sat down with the programming book and was just completely overwhelmed. It's been different for me every year in terms of my goal, depending a little bit on my career stage. I do think it important to have some kind of a theme in goals ahead o time, because it is such a big meeting, you can get overwhelmed. But setting these goals ahead of time can definitely help to be able to meet these goals.
