In order to connect in the aftermath of your loneliness or even within your loneliness to connect with we're all lonely. To really be able to forge meaningful lasting connection with those folks is to first be good in your loneliness. And I think then you are ready for partnership and relationship with somebody else who may have also done that, that work themselves.
