Shout out to Ian King. He was the person who, who popularized that general conception of grouping things by movement more so than like muscle. I don't think he gets as much credit in the industry as he deserves anymore. But anyways, it's a good way to set up most general programs. Some specific exercises that I would slot in there for people who are just generally trying to get stronger and build some muscle.
