How to Create a Changing Environment in a Workshop
If there is conflicting opinions in a meeting, how do you solve that? Try and play devil's advocate yourself. If that won't get you much further then ask everyone to take a breath. And just give people the opportunity to almost re settle into a flat structure er as a group of people. Making things more accessible and digestible can bring people in if they're struggling to engage or come up with ideas.
