Can Yoga Be Considered Resistance Training?

Blood flow restriction training uses a cuff, and it's used proximally in the muscle. The caveat is that you can only use it on your arms and legs. Heavy loads are going to be better for strength. It doesn't mean this is again, it's not binary. You just don't get quite as much strength, but you can substantially improve your strength even in well-trained subjects.
