Thomas: The neurodivergent and autistic people in your company taught you how to be able to create a blueprint. People with autism, you could look at them as extreme users of organizational systems. They have the same needs as anybody else; they're just more apparent. We did the work to structure the work environment, to color code everything,. To give clear processes for everything that we do... And all of a sudden, our employees with autism started to do awesome.
