As far-right extremists rioted in Knowsley over the presence of asylum seekers at a Merseyside hotel, it's time to ask: when can those responsible be held accountable? It's politicians and media outlets who've made this possible - and if their rhetoric continues to escalate, far uglier scenes beckon.
