I'm just like, who wants to be a hero and who wants to buy stocks here? Just let me talk about first Republic for just one second. I would suspect they've been looking for a buyer for a while, right? And we know that it's not shaping where. We're in the middle of because as rates go down, it appears as if there's an opportunity for equities. That outperformance companies like Apple that are actually trading within 5% or 10% of their all time highs is extraordinary.
