The Denseness of Ideas
There are two key elements to any of these ideas that make them work. Everybody who touches this idea, story producer, art department, challenge department, they all bring their point of view to the idea. That's when the idea blossoms. So even in the case of Redemption Island, I might have had the original idea, but it comes to life because of the team. An idea is just an idea unless it's executed well. Our team works really, really hard to make sure that we execute. The memorable moments from Redemption Island were Russell Hans and Rob going on to win the season despite being the only returning player left in the game.
