I think it's one thing we try and foreground and really talk about in detail and like in an honest kind of way that isn't often talked about. One is this kind of fundamental class distinction that's supposed to exist between the sick person and the caregiver. I mean, you know, there are so many stories of people who are care workers who are rationing their own vital medications because they can't afford on their hospital salaries to buy their insulin. It's just a false mirage of this kind of sick role and social system.
