The Dog and Pony Show on Donald Trump

I think the answer there is with the ongoing investigation component of this. If they were charging him with anything that implicated Joe Biden himself, then I think you would have to lay out all of the evidence and the timeline of events into some sort of talking indictment. But with the tax evasion stuff and the gun charge, it's pretty cut and dry. What we see is the dog and pony show on Donald Trump is actually trying to lay out things for the public to be able to have their own public debate. That's not how justice works. And it is really like what they did this week did not do anything to help people feel more confident in these institutions.
