The Salt Water in the Refueling Flow Caused a Vibration in the Pumping System
Fueld in the hydrat circuit supplying stand number eight at janda was nated with salt water. It caused an increased indifferential pressure indication and vibration of the refueling hose during the refueling. The exact mechanism of s a p sphere generation from pilter monitor during seven, eight zero refuelling could not be established. However, as part o investigation, the event mimicking test had generated s a p fers. This demonstrated that the presence of salt water in the fuel, and under an operating profile of repetitive, low flow rate refueling, as in joanda, could have generate s a p pears.
