The focus on the problem to be solved opens up the apparatus to new diverse groups of talent from other workforce sectors interested in solving those types of issues and a retain mechanism via continuous education and training. This is something that's uh interested me ever since I started hearing from listeners who are having trouble transitioning into the industry from other fields um did you come up with strategies or ideas for bringing these diverse talent groups from other industries into the fold by appealing to their sense of problem solving yes yeah.
