What Is a High Protein Diet?

A high protein diet would be a diet where you're eating more than two grams per kilogram of your ideal body weight. And anything between one point two and two grams, we consider kind of a moderate diet. So does that mean above two milligrams is too high? Or is that still acceptable, just a different definition? That's a great question. Perhaps everyone's different.
