Can I Stay at My Current Job?

Andi just is not in the field i wanted. Is this a learning curve everyone faces? I told myself to stay for at least a few years, because i am tired of switching jobs and, frankly, this industry. But i don't want to mess up in my current job because of my incompetency. Please ask me, please advise me what i should do or work on.
