Trust is a great way to differentiate so people are looking at you and you can start having that conversation. Number two, deliver ease of use, delivering ease of implementation, and focus on ROI. I think vendors have been very weak when it comes to ROI. A lot of vendors have very big picture ROI but they don't have the hard ROI metrics,. The key thing here is how do you collaborate with finance? We always say collaborate with finance to make them revenue heroes.
