The Importance of Having a Finance Team

I've almost kind of seen myself or approached it with them and the rest of the staff as a bit of a consultant for hire, if you will. Like, there's interesting initiatives and things that they wanted to do and that I think we should do, but no one's really had the bandwidth. So I kind of take the lead on those things. In general, the team, the people are really good. And there's challenges now and then like ... everyone asked me for a raise within me a week of being here.
