How to Effectively Retire From Afghanistan

Trump increased troops in Afghanistan in the beginning of his presidency. He did start trying to pull them out eventually. But at the beginning, he was awful. And I think I think Joe Biden as awful as what he did gave us a window into into how not to respond in terms of the mistakes. If you were trying to actively withdraw all your troops from say Afghanistan, you can't just recall them all instantly. There's got to be a tapered pullback of certain areas.
