Small quality of life improvements are as teeny as buying a new warm blanket or maybe even finding the one that you have and putting it underneath your sheet. It is deciding you're going to do 10 minutes of a YouTube video that is stretching so you don't feel all creaky and old and cracky and not flexible. These are very small steps towards full expression of our true self. What's beautiful about this? Is it about us? It's not about doing things for other people.
