Is the Ring a Companion of Thoran?
The power of the ring seems a pretty low key compared to compared it later, for sure. But i think even in universe, it makes sense, if you consider that saron's power is less here, and so therefore the ring would have less power. I don't know why i found that amusing, but i did.
