i love how specific and intentional you are about morning and thet evening routine. I have a hard time winding down when i nail my night routine in the morning flows from there. If you're sprinting, you need to be able to o unplug completely. The intensity of how you can operate at full capacity is proportional to your ability to completely shut down. And so if you want to perform at a high level,You need to take your recovery just as seriously as you take your performance. Recommend people read that book. It's a great read.
