We can be that positive affirmation that their content is great. And we can do that by regularly engaging with their content. The last way that we can go about adding value is to make the other person's life easier. So if we know a little bit more about what this person cares about, or what they're working on, or some of the chalges that they're facing,. If we can find ways to add value, or pro actively show up with action items or things that we've done to help make this people's life easier, that's a great way to build relate ships as well. Those are the four main buckets for value it adds, and i just shared a few
